Vietjet Air Cargo carries all cargo suitable for air transportation to direct VJC destinations (of scheduled passenger traffic) and through our partners’ flight network also to other destinations around the world. The shipments are delivered from the airport of origin to the destination airport.
Cargo can be flown as FIRST, BUSINESS or ECONOMY, depending on your transport needs.

Dangerous Goods (DG)
Some dangerous goods are too dangerous to be carried by aircraft, others may be carried on cargo aircrafts only, and some are acceptable on both cargo and passenger aircrafts. A number of limitations are placed on dangerous goods that are permitted to be transported by air. Both states and operators may impose further restrictions.
WHAT
Articles or substances that are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment, and which are shown on the list of dangerous goods in IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, or which are classified according to those regulations.

Perishables
Due to its nature, perishable cargo often needs special packaging and handling procedures that minimize the temperature variations during storage and transportation. With special operating procedures we aim to maintain the requested temperature and avoid exposures to extreme conditions.
WHAT
Items that require special attention to temperature control according to shipper’s instructions e.g. pharmaceuticals, organs, biological products, fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, seafood, dairy products, frozen products, fresh flowers and bakery.

Pharmaceuticals

Information and labeling
For all pharmaceutical shipments the special handling code PIL must be used. Additionally, if there is a temperature requirement the corresponding special handling code is mandatory:
When a shipment contains pharmaceutical or healthcare goods this must be clearly stated in the Handling Information of Master Air Waybill together with the appropriate temperature range, e.g. +15°C to +25°C. Only one temperature range per shipment (AWB) is allowed.
Example of information entered in AWB:
Pharmaceuticals keep between +15°C to +25°C
Pharmaceuticals keep cool between +2°C to +8°C
Additionally, a 24h contact telephone number(s) of a person knowledgeable about the shipment must be provided at the time of booking and on the Master Air Waybill.
IATA Time and Temperature Sensitive label with correct temperature information must be affixed to every package containing pharmaceutical goods.
Additional mandatory requirements
Shippers are responsible to ensure that all legislation concerning countries of export/import or transit is followed, and that any permit, certificate or other documentation, where required, is available to be provided to customs, health or other authorities.
Shipper must ensure the product is properly packaged. If there is any doubt, whether the normal air transport and handling conditions can be withstood, shipper must consult JV Cargo.

Live Animals (AVI)
JV Cargo provides safe and quick animal transport services to most direct JV destinations. Our professional staff are there to help during every step of the way.
Ensure that you have all the necessary documents in compliance with the regulations of the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Find detailed information on the acceptance, handling and loading of live animals in the IATA Live Animals Regulations (LAR).
Before preparing a live animal consignment for carriage by air, you must always obtain full information well in advance concerning export/import, in transit permit, veterinary health certificate, Cites export/import permit where required, veterinary examination, quarantine, trans–shipment requirements or prohibition restrictions.
